I was given a tv from a friend

More details to this question:
Over a year ago a friend gave me a tv because i didn't have one, he even brought it over and hooked it up and mounted it on my wall. Now he wants it back saying it wasn't a gift. Which i have a witness to him saying he gave it to me. He's saying he didn't give it to me. He started asking for it back after a year. Do i have to give it back?

No, an unconditional gift can't be revoked.  Of course, it is always possible that, if the matter proceeds to court, a judge or jury may believe your friend's claim that it was not a gift, rather than your version that it was.
