More details to this question:
I use to work at Lakeview Neurorehabilitation and I was Rehabilitation Specialist and three people wrote up an report against me saying I tackled, kicked, and called a client there retarded. That's not at all what happened. I know people that said they also saw parts of what happened and didn't see me do anything. Also a client there saw the entire thing; .

You should speak to a criminal attorney immediately.  Depending on what they  claim you did, you could be charged with a crime. Once you speak to attorney then you can  decide as to next step concerning interview with adult and elderly services.
