QUESTION

Is there a lawsuit against Mirena IUD causing severe headaches?

Asked on Mar 08th, 2018 on General Practice - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I have the Mirena IUD. It was implanted December 13, 2017. Ever since it was implanted, I have had headaches every day and the past couple weeks they are severe and draining. I lack energy and strength to do anything beside lay down. The doctor says the Mirena doesn't cause headaches but it is a side effect clearly listed on Mirenas website.

I can't answer your question. However, if the IUD is causing you headaches, then you might want to consider having it removed.
