More details to this question:
Iโ€™ve had my accident January 4 of 2022, I was a passenger in the exit I broke my hand and ever since then Iโ€™ve been trying to get a lawyer I do not have insurance but I was with someone and I think he has progressive insurance if Iโ€™m not wrong the original author of the car accident was never found which is why I was never able to build a case but Iโ€™ve been through the hospital many times have gone through surgery and itโ€™s been a hard time for me I would like to know if thereโ€™s anyway that any lawyer could take up on a case against the person that I was in the car with so I can deal with that insurance or if thereโ€™s anyway that I can be compensated for the accident because I was just a passenger and Iโ€™m paying too much money, the accident happened by aventura in the i95 going south, there were at least 5-7 cars involved in the accident, if theres a way we can fight it through compensation for damages please get back to me, thank you for taking your time to read my case

Maria, Please reach out for consultation. There are  too many questions to ask to be able to give you an answer based on the above described accident involving 5-7 cars. We would do an in depth interview and review any documentation- especially the accident report and any photographic evidence.  We cannot directly solicit you. You will have to reach out.    Loren L. Gold, Esq.

You should retain counsel here in the state of Florida on contingency fee, which means you don't pay anything unless you win. If they were 5 to 7 vehicles involved in the accident, then they're most likely would be some kind of discovery to determine who the at fault party was.
