Is there any law in New Hampshire that forces one person to sell their property that is owned by two people if only one wants to sell

I bought a house with my son because he didn't want me living alone. Both our names are on the house since he had bad credit. We have lived here for a year and during that time his wife has shown a side of her that scares me. Three weeks ago she actually hit me. I am in the process of buying a home in Florida where we came from. How do I get my name off the house. I would prefer to sell it.
