More details to this question:
My daughter father was threatening to commit suicide the other night because he’s really depressed and has mental illness. He is staying w his ex girlfriend who is a litigation atty and he said she gave him Valium and bought him liquor. He sounded out of it and I was really worried. I didn’t hear from him for 16 hours and was really worried so I called the township he’s in police sept to do a well check to make sure he was ok. He was really out of it and the cop suggested he check himself into a facility. This lady who is an atty messaged me on Facebook and told me I better never send the cops to her house again or she was going to file a restraining order on me and press harassment charges and this is my ONLY warning! I did let go to her house nor did I personally bother her I did it the appropriate way! Is she able to do this to me?

The person with whom you had the 'dating/living' relationship can obtain the TRO. This person can also bring harassment charges. These are difficult cases because they are 'fact sensitive'. You are in a difficult position. Your intentions are good. They could be used against you. You did warn the police. They are on notice. Additional notification could put you in 'harm's way'.
