I was at a Ripley's arcade and my boys and I were playing games. I picked up a hammer from the wack n win game and hit the red spot on the top to make the lights go up the game to win. As soon as I hit the spot the hammer came back and hit me in the face. It caused swelling and cut my face. What I didn't know was that there should have been a string attached to the hammer and the game. We told the manager guy about it and he went in and started to fix the game. My husband took pictures of him fixing the game.
Well first of all, you should seek medical attention to prove and substantiate your injuries and pain and suffering. You would have a claim against the arcade owner and/or manager due to their neglect in not taking common sense measures to assure that the game was safe for customers to play. Take plenty of pictures of your injury, as well as obtain any third-party witness statements of family and or non-family members. Your husband was smart to take pictures of the arcades subsequent remedial measures which prove they were at fault. Additionally, you should retain counsel here in the state of Florida on contingency fee, which means you don't pay anything unless you win your case.
