Asked on Mar 08th, 2016 on General Practice - Wisconsin
More details to this question:
My husband loaned his ex-wife's step-dad his shot gun a number of years ago. It was always a loan, not a gift. They split 7 years ago and ever since, my husband has been trying to get his gun back. He has saved messages and everything. Gems finally had enough and is interested in pursuing legal action for the return of his gun. What can we do to get it back?
