My partners employer forced her to get a flu shot. My partner said flu shot makes her sick. Still forced it and did not take temperature before shot was administered. Partner was suffering from allergies and sinus infection before shot but was still forced to have influenza vaccination or threatened to loose job. Partner is now ill and can not work.

If you mean that the employer made her get a flu shot as a condition of the employment, then the answer is yes. Your partner could have refused to take the shot.
