QUESTION

Medical information shared without my permission

Asked on Aug 03rd, 2021 on General Practice - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I was at my gym in a class with a friend I've known for several years. She had another friend with her I didn't know. My friend asked me if I was going to get vaccinated. I said no, I wasn't comfortable getting an experimental vaccine. I went home and the next day I got a call from the gym. They said someone had reported to them that I was not vaccinated and I could not return to the gym without wearing a mask. I think my friend's friend after hearing our conversation reported me to the owners of the gym. Did this person violate my medical privacy rights?
