QUESTION

My license was taken. FOR NO REASON.

More details to this question:
I needed a universal title to junk my rusted out '03 car. I applied, with $60 payment, 9/11. It took until Christmas to get it. I was accused of driving a car I no longer had---it had been taken away to the shop that was going to junk it for me when I got the title---and was fined $200, which I also paid, for driving an unregistered and uninsured car, which I NEVER DID. I could not junk the car until DMV sent the title, which it took more than three months. I still have no "restoral" of license. I am 75, guilty of nothing, alone, and totally dependent on driving for basic needs. I think this IS Covid related, elder-related, and general abuse of innocent citizenry-related.
