More details to this question:
Hi, Recently my daughters school bus changed addresses. They put it into affect on this past Monday 5/22. She was dropped off at the correct address Monday and tuesday. Today 5/24 a substitute driver dropped her off at thr old address, where no body was....and left her there and took off. Wrong address, then left a six year old on a porch alone. None of us knew she was there. Until a neighbor that saw her contacted my sister that my daughter was on the porch alone. I called the Bus Line and he said he will ask the driver why did he drop her off there and call me back. No call yet. Do I have a case here? Thank you

You certainly have a basis to complain to the company, to the school district, to anyone who will listen, but I don't think you have any sort of lawsuit because you suffered no damages.
