Neighbor's Pool Discharge Causing Property Damage

Next door neighbor has been discharging his pool water on to my property and has caused enough to require repair work to prevent fence from falling down.

I would suggest that you talk with your neighbor about this issue and see your can resolved the problem. If this does not help, then you can sue to stop your neighbor from discharging water onto your property and for the cost incurred to prevent fence from falling down.
