More details to this question:
I made 3 pair of prescription glasses worth of $ 1400. my eye examination done on 5/14 and made my glasses 6/14. due to cataract i could not see properly, i went to return for refund or store credit ( as per sore policy they should give store credit). They did not gave any thing and said come after 60 days after surgery , we will make new one, but according to my doctor and procedure it takes more than 60 days and then i do not need glasses after surgery, i explained but he did not gave any thing back. Mean while I did dispute the charges with American Express Card but did not worked, He said 30 days for return credit. There is nothing like rule printed anywhere. I said i have contract with supplier to trick them every 60 days and get new one upto three times , we can accommodate you, But i do not have any time period for new prescription . he lied to me that i offer you store credit , you did take it. you wanted glasses but its not true. what is your advice on that matte

You can sue in Small Claims Court. You would not need an attorney. The cost for an attorney is too great. The legal action in court will put pressure on the vendor to settle. Ed Dimon
