I've received two separate letters from my brother demanding money that I do not owe him. He's also told my mother that he is going to harm me and my family. I'd like to know if I can get help with an order of protection and/or if it's possible to press charges against my brother for sending threats via the US mail?

To press charges call the police. For an order of protection, go to your local criminal court. Anyone can request one.
