More details to this question:
We were invited to a family friend house in FL we are from NY. 5 of us went down and when we got there the friend was very very rude and nasty to us so we left and came home. We are out $2,000 + in expense and not to mention loss of vacation time that we could have used at a time of year we wanted to. I was wondering if they can be responsible for the money we are out? Just be be clear we were invited countless times for over 2 years and then we finally decided that ok lets go. (it was my moms friend and she wanted to see her and BEGGED her to come and bring us) Please let me know what can be done I can give more details and have flight and cost etc...
