In 2014 I was arrested for stealing a pair of boxers from century 21 a clothing store. Boxers were $10. They only arrested me because I didn’t have any ID on me. When I went to court the judge gave me a ACD and one day community service. I haven’t been in trouble with the law since then that was the only time. I just applied for my gun license do I tell them ? Or is it sealed by now since I haven’t been in trouble for four years.

ACD is a dismissal. You do not have to tell them.
