hi, I'm wondering, I have a previous babysitter who wants to take me to small claims court because I haven't paid her yet, and I have told her numerous times I haven't gotten paid yet. we have not written a contract or an agreement, but I have messaged her saying that I will pay her countless times. if I do go to small claims court and I do have to pay is it possible to counter sue for harassment

Anyone can sue anyone for anything, but I don't think you have a case.
