Sold a used car to a person who begged me to sell this car to her-she needed it that day- it was 2000 intrepid with over 150.000 miles- she drove it for 4 days registered it and called after she hit a bump in the road to say her brakes need to be repaired and she cannot afford it so she wants her money back- we said no she said she is taking us to court. What should we be prepared for?

If you had no contract, then be prepared for her to say you warranted the car's brakes and you lied.
