More details to this question:
My car dealer was supposed to sell my truck; the guy dissapear and when I found him turns out that he claimed that the truck was stolen from him.

I assume the truck title was still in your name. Get a copy of the police report that the car dealer should have filed. Contact your own insurance company, provide them with the report and file a claim for the stolen truck, Your insurance company and the car dealer's insurance company will work out a settlement between them.
