someone stole from my house

More details to this question:
a co hired someone to rekey my house that was not in foreclosure. I reported items missing that value over $8500. I did not make a police report. I called the number on the sticker and my claim from insurance co was denied b/c felt I falsified a doc, gave fake pic and tampered with invoice, and didn't understand why I would not call police,. and the pics didn't match my claim, and that no way they could have damaged an item in question and the other items that were missing that I didn't have enough proof. the hired co have numerous pics, they deny taking anything and state they can prove that nothing was taken from house. Do I have a case, the co denied the claim and the insurance co. they ask did I have any other proof and I don't. after removing two of the denials my claim would be around $4,500. I have no other evidence. if the court feels like I falsified one doc, does that halt my case on the other items I am requesting please advise

While falsifying part of a claim does not automatically disqualify the rest of the claim, it does raise a question of credibility as to the rest of the claim. You would have to have very strong proof on the rest of the claim in order to prevail.
