More details to this question:
I went to get a ultrasound done that cased me to have terrible pain to the point during the whole time after for two hours I could not move because of pain. after that point for the last few days the pain did not go away and I went to the ER where they did find that I did have some irritation down there gave me pain and advised me to take it easy from that point. I am about 7 weeks pregnant and I told the doctor that the pain comes and go when I stand for certain amount of time and the emotional distress I got during the time was worrying that the baby might of been damage and that this could affect me in the long run when having kids.

It sounds like there might have been some difficulties with the ultrasound, but not that any damage was done.  without a definite injury, there can't be any claim or right.  If something happens in you pregnancy, there might be an issue, but that this point, it would not seem that you have any legal cause of action.
