QUESTION

What can be done about harrassing neighbors who are a nuisance

More details to this question:
"The family who lives next door constantly antagonizes and harasses me on a daily basis. We've lived here 10 yrs and we were always nice to them and would even buy their kids gifts for the holidays. This all started when I approached the mother about her sons breaking things on my property several times and I've finally had enough. She said that's unimportant to her & I don't care that they broke your statue. I expressed to no avail that it was important to me because my aunt who passed away gave it to me. She said her kids can do whatever they want. My husband then approached her husband the next day to see if he would be more reasonable and he didn't care. Now they are more spiteful than ever! Their kids stand next to our vehicles swinging bats throwing balls. They blast their music right next to my kitchen door. The mother stands by the fence with her kids screaming and laughing. I just can't take it anymore. My husband and I are really good nice people. I just want to be left alone

we have had good success with having the municipal judge put on the record that particular behavior must stop.  the police do not want to be involved. as such, you must prosecute the case witha private attorney. this is expensive. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
