Short & Not So Sweet! Not at Fault vehicle accident. Hit by driver of million dollar company. Resulted in totaled vehicle and a TBI. Had interested attorney, however, he resigned due to my previous medical history. I understand it complicates the liability of the at fault driver and I am certain I will not be able to hire another attorney for this reason. I have used my insurance(s) for medical. My question. How do I proceed with opposing counsel? I thank you in advance for your advice.

You should reach out to another attorney here in Florida. Some of us take the tough cases including myself.
