Well I have a client and she let me barrow money but now she seems to forgot that she allowed me to barrow it but we have a signed and legal paper Stating what I borrowed and when I would pay it back end it was signed by both of us and notarized can she call the police on me

Anyone can call the police, but if you have a isgned contract as you say, I would not expect them to do anythng.
