I was born with black hair, at age 70 my hairs are white, in filling any government application what color should I select? some times I do color my hair black? At age 80 my hairs will be gone! Then what will be my hair color? Please email my answer. Thanks.

I would put down your current hair color since the purpose is for identification. If you loose your hair, then you can, when that happens, put down NA or bald.
