More details to this question:
Hello my name is Tyler Hoagland, from North Brunswick NJ and a freshman at West Chester University. Early Saturday morning, April 22, while visitng a friend from the University of Delaware, I was charged with 'possess/Consume Alcohol by a minor prohibited who does not possess a Delaware license'. My court date is set for May 25th. Im just wondering what I should do in terms of if I should hire an attorney or not. And also since this being my first offense, if I am eligable for Probation Before Judgement? Im just trying to take whatever steps are necessary to get this all sorted out. Please let me know and thank you for taking the time to read this! -Tyler also I did not know what to put for legal topic, so i just put general practice.

You should hire an attorney to represent you so that there is no record of what happened. You should be able to obtain a Conditional Discharge. Ed Dimon
