What should I do if I keep receiving calls for a person unknown?

I've been receiving calls regarding someone I don't know. I've told the callers on several occasions that this number is no longer connected to the person they're looking for. But, yet I continue to receive these phone calls. Approximately 15-20 calls a day. I'm really getting annoyed by this. What can I do?

You can keep a log of those who call. Tell them they have the wrong number and not to call you again.
If the same person(s) keep calling you after that, threaten them with harassment charges, and file them if they don't stop calling.
