I'm not sure what kind of Lawyer I need for what I need done? I have water runoff from the road and the city nor county will follow up. They just point the finger at the other one because I'm the last house in the city and the water is flowing from the county. It is causing property damage along with flooding my house. I have tried to work with them to avoid any kind of lawsuit, because of small town politics. I have documented pictures since 2014. Thank you for any kind of assistance you can provide.
