More details to this question:
I live in AZ. I have heard that the law here is that you can buy a handgun from a third party seller such as at a gun show or a private seller or have one gifted to you. I understand that it is possible for me to buy one, but am I legally allowed to carry one at 19? Such as on a holster, excluding concealed carry?
