I have an accident in FL-Tampa -ST Petersburg and the officer wrote that’s I don’t have license and never issued one , and I already have my country license since I was visiting FL and as HB 7059 I can drive with my license, any attorney available for this !

If you were involved in an accident, and it was not your fault, then you should retain counsel to handle your personal injury case from start to finish on contingency fee. Any other issues that you mentioned that are raised in your situation can be resolved gratuitously.
