More details to this question:
I became a victim of a scammer. Immediately after marriage, we submitted documents to the USCIS to adjustment his status. The interview took place about a year later. We expected to receive a 2-year conditional green card since our marriage was less than 2 years old at the time of the interview. However, by mistake he received a 10-year permanent card. Immediately after receiving the green card, he changed in his attitude towards me, created scandals, he moved out from my apartment, he canceled our joint life insurance policy, removed my name from his car insurance, closed our joint bank account. He didn't tell anyone that we were married. He tells everyone that we are just friends. After 2 years, he came to me and asked me to fill out the i-751 form because his lawyer friend told him that even if he got the 10 year card by mistake, he would still have to fill out the i-751 form. form. I did not fill out this form. What are my chances of getting an annulment?
