More details to this question:
I have a fractured hip and I was in hospital. the hospital transferred me to acute care rehab for 8 days. Acute care has transferred me to sub acute care which is where I am at present. I have been told that if I sign myself out of this facility that Medicare will not pay for the hospital or the acute care facility. Is that correct?

I do not beleive that is true. If you do not beleive you require any additional rehab, or do not like the facility or do not want to stay, I see no reason why that should affect Medicare payment for the rehab and treatment you have already received.
