House repairs not initiated in six months

Contractor and adjuster cannot agree on repairs and cost. Its six months and no work initiated. In addition, the insurance company will not pay any further for storage of my household items. Further, the insurance company will not renew my insurance as of June 2021. I need help in relieving this stress and putting my house in order.
