My husband in late 2019 was approved for his permanent residency. 1 month after getting his card he abandoned me and went back to his country.

My husband late 2019 recieved his permanent residency approval and card. Feb. 7 2020 he bought a one way ticket to his country Jordan and told me to figure things out for myself now. When he left he cleaned my bank account and I didn't know until 2 days later that he didn't just leave here too every penny with him. I have been struggling but I am doing better now than at first. Mid- April he logged into the us it's.gov website and had all of the stimulus funds sent to his American bank account that I have no access to. He has the debit card with him and has denied me any access to any help out of my personal United States relief funds. He has been having affairs with other women and tells me I can't do anything about it. I feel like he has been running a 6 year scam on me. What can I do to insure he cannot continue to use me for his personal gain in the United States.
