I applied for asylum in Florida in 2017 and then withdrew the application and returned to another country - where I work - in which I am not my country of origin, and I currently want to apply for a new visit visa to America. Will I be granted a visa or not? And if the visa was not granted, will we be prevented from entering America for a period of 5 or 10 years, for example?

There is no way to answer this question without more information. There are many missing details. Additionally, the withdrawal of the application couldnl definitely create a bad precedent.
