More details to this question:
I have a case study in my class It is about an illegal Spanish family immigrant who have 2 deaf children who born in the USA and three who born outside USA. The father has been caught driving with false identification and no insurance, no driving license. As a family service provider is there any way to help them? Can the court pay money to hire a lawyer ?

Relief may be available if the father can prove extreme hardship to his US citizen child.
