I am looking to withdraw my application with USCIS. My wife has become uncooperative and has made it clear she won't go to work nterview with me. I am willing to hear what options I have to get out of this situation.

You may submit a written request to the USCIS office where your case is currently pending to withdrawal the application. The other options that may be available will depend upon your immigration status, what you mean by "uncooperative", etc. I would encourage you to consult an attorney about your options before withdrawing the application.
