More details to this question:
i was married mad married my usa wife my married for my wife in date 30/10/2008 my divorce from x wife before at 1/4/2011 i start mad paper for pation in 3/7/2012 now when i go interview in us emappasy after all pepar approved they say we can not give you visa because you was married when you married second wife iam not us citizen and iam mo slim and it legl to married 4 wife and my USA wife not broken the rule because she not know i was married i did not broken the rule because the question what i can do now , i check immigration web sit and say Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks but the man who mak inteview say not alow visa to me my married now 5 years after my wife call embassy they say we must start over again i dont know how i can stop this revoke

It does not appear to me as if you will be able to stop the revocation of your I-130 petition under the circumstances that you describe. Marriage to a second party while you are still legally married to the first party is illegal. Even the fact that you began the paperwork after the divorce from the first wife does not solve the situation of your having married your second wife while you were still married to the first.
