My uncle's daughter is 21 and she married an alien, his family is here too.My uncle is afraid that they are scamming his daughter for green card. My uncle had no idea that they got married until i saw the pictures. His daughter used to see an psychologies. The daughter is totally on that guy's side. My uncle had been talking to this guy before they got married and he said he doesnt want to get married , but a few months later they got married. My uncle thinks that it's that guys family that made them get married. His daughter wont listen to him anymore, she moved out. Is there any way he can file a lawsuit ?

I do not believe that there is anything that your uncle can do in the way of a lawsuit. His daughter is already 21 and adult. Since the daughter is totally on the side of her husband, will not listen to her father anymore and has moved out, I doubt that there is anything that can be done in a court of law. If her father has hard evidence that the husband is indeed scamming the daughter for a green card, he can always report him to ICE. There is not much he can do. He migh report their marriage to the USCiS if he believes it is fraudulent, but that's about it.
