More details to this question:
My mother is american by birth. She lived in the USA until she was 6, and only ever visited after that. She never gave me (or my siblings) citizenship sadly as youth, and now i am 24. Currently we are all in canada. I also have a common lawed fiancée and 3 children. I am unsure if she moves back, which she plans to do now with my dad, that i can naturalize if she is there for some time or if im SOL and have to file an i130 and wait 15 years for a visa. I would die to get my citizenship and see no other path there unless you can shine some light on something ive overlooked.

More information is needed.  What about your U. S. citizen grandparents? Do you have any U.S. citizen grandparents on your mother's side?  This requirement is a bit more complicated than the residence stratus of your mom after age fourteen.  I strongly recommend a Zoom conference with a compentent and experienced immigration attorney before there are any other complications.  Immigration is a Federal practice, so you have many options to seek more competent representation.
