old i-485 denied ,file fresh new I-485,I-131,I-765. we filed 1st June 2021. i got letter they are using my previous old biometric for EAD. How long does USCIS Nebraska service center take to issue AP and EAD combo? base on your experience in some cases when your client recently(in how many months) received approval for combo card ?

In looking over our cases since the beginning of the year (which we do not separate by service center), only one employment authorization application based on adjustment of status has been approved. Nebraska has a posted EAD processing time of between 7.5 –9 months.
