More details to this question:
We have been married for 12 years and have 2 children. He came to us from mex ilegaly when he was 9 his parents started fam pack and did not have the money to finish.I am a us cit. He was also deported for non payment fog child support in 2007. I went to bring him back the day after his deportation he entered illegally once again. Does he ever have a chance at becoming legal .

Because he re-entered after having been deported, it is very unlikely.  He could be criminally prosecuted if he is caught in the US (for the re-entry after deportation).
