applying for naturalization, do I state all of my traffic violations in the "good moral character" section and how many years back?

More details to this question:
Basically, it asks questions along the lines of: "Have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?charged with committing any crime or offense? convicted of crime or offense?" and I have only had a few traffic violations in the past couple years. How far back do I list my violations? Will i be penalized for missing a citation or two? I just don't remember when it was. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you -Filipp

Yes, answer as fully as possible. We help with document preparation every day and the issue that comes up most is not including everything possible on the application. You may be required to get records for all offenses, and if you can't get some of them, you will need to provide an explanation of why they cannot be retrieved to copy.
