Whether your husband is granted bond depends on various factors such as whether he has ties to the U.S. e.g., family in the US who are US citizens or legal residents; whether he's eligible for relief, or can become legal, criminal history, or prior deportation and date to entry. The court wants to ensure that he will re-appear to all court proceedings and does not pose risk to public safety.

I strongly advise you to speak with an immigration attorney before the hearing to discuss his options for relief including bonding out, getting out on his own recognizance, any other forms of relief he may qualify for depending on the facts, his U.S. relatives, his ties here, etc.

He will probably get a bond if he does not have any criminal record. However, he must also show what kind of relief he is eligible for. Without any relief, the government may oppose his release.
