As I’m a lawful permanent resident of USA, How long will it teke to get my husband over to USA after filing the petition?

I got married over my native country Bangladesh and now I want to bring my husband here as soon as possible. Is it possible for him to get a student visa if he gets full tuition waiver and on campus job as research assistantship considering his wife is a green card holder? If not then how long will it take after I file a petition for him to get here?

Unfortunately a temporary visa is not available for those whose spouses are green card holders. For the month of December 2018, the F-2A category for spouses and minor unmarried children of permanent residents is up to 10/8/16 for final visa issuance. Therefore it is approximately a two-year wait.
