Big issue

More details to this question:
I am from Jamaica I came here on a visa, married to another Jamaica she filed a I485 for me. Now she does not want to be with me after six months of married. she has put me out and I have no where to live. My wife applied for the work permit which was denied because she did not send the receipt for the I485 so USCIS denied the application which I have resubmitted. This week she stated she is filing for divorce what is my rights
