I need more information to answer your question.  Are either of your two brothers currently living in the US citizens of the US?  If so, they can petition for you, but there is a long wait for a visa number to become available.  If you don't have any US citizen relatives, you'll have to qualify for an employment-based immigrant visa.  I need more information about you and the business you and your brothers are interested in starting up in order to tell you whether you would qualify for an employment-based immigrant visa.
