Iโ€™m a tourist. I came legally to the US with my B1B2 visa. I met my boyfriend and he is a DACA recipient. We both want to get married but we donโ€™t know if he can petition me as his wife. Thanks.

DACA does not convey residency or citizenship on the DACA recipient. It only allows him to stay and work in the U.S. legally for a specific period of time and then he must renew his DACA status. Therefore he is unable to petition you, or anyone else, for permanent residency.
