Can a deported person be readmitted to the US?

More details to this question:
I was deported sometime in May of 1990 to Thailand for the crime that was committed around July 1979. It has been over twenty (20) years ago since I was deported back to Thailand.

Probably yes. I would need to review your criminal an deportation record and then you will need to qualify for an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa just as someone has not been deported must do.

Theoretically yes. However, the US governments have the ultimate discretionary authority to allow her or disallow her to come in. More investigations have to be conducted in order to determine what the governments may do.

This depends on what crime you were deported for. Most deportations create a bar for reentry for 10 years.
